Prescription, dental and vision premiums are included in both medical plan options.  Your choice of benefits includes two Medical plan options:  A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) partnered with a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Additional benefits offered include a Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that lets you set aside money for healthcare expenses with pretax dollars, as well as a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account that allows you to pay for work-related dependent day care with pretax dollars.

Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability coverage are also available.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides solutions to help you balance work and life through confidential and easily accessible services.


You can receive help reaching your financial goals for retirement with our 401(k) Plan.  We help your retirement savings grow by matching your contribution to the plan. When eligible, CRH will match 100% of each pretax dollar you contribute on the first 4% of pay that you defer to your plan.
