Job Description Summary
This position is an entry level, customer service oriented position that requires professionalism, responsibility, and dependability.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Accountants with Proactis Administration
  • Assist with Proactis Training & Support
  • Accounting system (Viewpoint) entries
  • Assist with Purchase Card administration / training
  • Processing of new vendor requests / vendor credit apps
  • Stats reporting
  • Independent research and resolution of problems
  • Other Clerical/Accounting/Admin functions as required

  • Drug screen and background check required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.

 

Preferences

  • Ideal candidate will have experience with Accounts Payable and familiarity with a purchase order system is a plus.


Education/Experience

  • Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Business is preferred
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and to work both independently as well as in a team environment
