Meadow Burke is searching for a strategic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to support the ongoing growth and development of our market leading Precast business. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, in this role you will be the driving force in developing the newer members of our sales team and helping them to grow into top-performing sales professionals. Interfacing with various internal and external partners, you will be tasked with helping your District Sales Manager direct reports across the country to hone their skills, successfully navigate the Meadow Burke organization and to ultimately grow their books of business. In this fast-paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven to results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.




  • Partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
  • 10+ years of highly successful sales management experience in construction or related fields - concrete industry preferred
  • Reputation for creating and developing high-performance sales teams; Hands-on Coach / Leader
  • Quick-study to learn new products and methods of construction / manufacturing
  • Direct experience within the Precast industry is a plus
  • Strategic, Creative, Confident, Organized, Analytical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
