Exciting first-level accounting role to support the accounting team by handling intercompany loans, daily banking, the accounts payable process and posting expense report transactions


Job Responsibilities


  • Post intercompany cash and non-cash transactions in accounting software and treasury workstation
  • Verify balances between accounting software and treasury workstation and make adjustments as needed
  • Emailing and corresponding with Controllers and CFO of subsidiary companies to ensure accurate information is processed and communicated
  • Work with subsidiary companies to resolve issues or answer questions on the intercompany statements
  • Track, compile and maintain daily wire requests and funding requirements
  • Balance cash concentration accounts for Bank of America, Wells Fargo and JP Morgan
  • Process check requests weekly
  • Maintain 1099 records
  • Prepare EFT payments for tax department and various vendors
  • Process weekly expense reports – including ACH payment
  • Maintain Financial Calendar (scheduled payments)
  • Weekly/monthly bank deposits and allocations
  • Various other data collection projects
  • Special projects as requested by the Finance Team

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting preferred
  • Must have 1+ years of experience working in accounting in a Corporate environment
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are a must
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Lawson experience a plus
