Job Description Summary:
Coordinates schedules for delivery of trucks for asphalt and aggregate to various construction job sites and plants in a safe and efficient manner.  Coordinates FOB asphalt and aggregate orders for FOB customers.  Assists in production of the asphalt and aggregate daily schedule. 

 

 

Work Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

·  Pass a pre-employment drug test.

·  Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.

·  Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. 

·  Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.

·  Be able to handle pressure and stress while staying composed

·  Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.

·  Report to work at the designated start time.

·  Be able to work overtime when required.

·  Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures.

·  Have the willingness to work in a team environment.

·  Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and / or MSHA.

·  Have good computer skills, be detail oriented and thorough.

·  Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.


Education/Experience

· Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· 3 years of customer service experience required.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
