HR Manager (Belmont, NH) 


We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who will help lead HR efforts to ensure all HR initiatives, programs, processes and policies are communicated, implemented effectively and adhered to consistently.  Primary focus will be recruiting and hiring, conducting new hire orientations, assisting with federal and state compliance requirements. The HR Manager will assist with employee relations including complaints, investigations, performance concerns, and terminations.  Counsel employees and or managers as needed regarding personnel issues, coordinate and conduct HR related training sessions. As well as provide support to the Human Resources Director, other members of the HR team, including all lines of business for Pike Industries and Redimix Companies.  This is a monthly salary position and will be based out of Belmont, NH.




  • Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration, 3 or more years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HR systems with a knowledge of Success Factors is preferred.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Ability to prioritize work and produce results while working independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or managers with other duties as required.
  • Must be willing to travel to other Pike locations Maine and work extended hours when necessary.
  • A valid driver’s license.
