SALES DIVISION

Inside Sales/Sales Administration – (Belmont, New Hampshire):  We are seeking a safety minded, self-motivated, customer-oriented individual to fill an Inside Sales/Sales Administration position in Belmont, New Hampshire.  The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: sales analysis of data, evaluating metrics, providing support to the Sales Team as well as assisting the Commercial Sales Manager with all sales related functions, business initiatives and organization of the Sales Team’s activities.  Additional duties include monthly reporting, sales meeting preparation, calculation of asphalt price adjustments, preparation and tracking of safety engagements, credit rebill processing, presentations and customer service training. The individual must maintain a high standard of confidentiality, be organized, possess strong computer skills, be outgoing, highly assertive, and make recommendations on findings in order to maximize sales and margins.  Attention to detail and accuracy of work product to a high standard is essential.  This position will be based in Belmont New Hampshire.  Classification: Year round hourly.

 Requirements:

  • Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Two-year degree preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills with web based applications and MS Office products.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
  • Willingness to travel to other Pike locations throughout the company when needed.
  • A valid driver’s license.
