Job Summary


  • Lead internal operations for Demountable Wall business
  • Manage operational team to execute orders
  • Develop PM process and tools to manage order execution
  • Drive communications with extrusion, fabrication, doors and glass teams to facilitate order fulfillment
  • Lead proactive internal and external communications with all key teams for order fulfillment
  • Lead post project improvement process.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Establish guidelines for supplying interior work (interior supply chain management)
  • Develop, implement and manage tools and processes to support new Demountable wall initiative
  • Identify resource needs and develop an internal PM team
  • Hire and train PM team
  • Create and lead PM tools and communication process
  • Create and implement ongoing training for distribution and internal PM team
  • Create and manage implement quoting methodology
  • Establish and manage manufacturing coordination for extrusions, fabrication, doors and glass
  • Establish and manage installation training curriculum for distribution and sales team.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.


Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements


To be considered for this role, the following conditions must be met:

  • 10 years experience in glazing estimations, project management, installation and selling interior packaging.
  • Experience developing and duplicating the skills internally to achieve facilities to attain business goals
  • Experience building production schedules and estimated work-hour requirements for completion of job assignments
  • Technology skills in AutoCad, Microsoft products, Microsoft project, and Industry Standard estimating software
  • Experience developing installation/distribution training
