Job Summary


The Regional Vice President of Finance will support the Regional President and relevant Companies by recommending and driving financial strategies, objectives, analytics, and policies.


  • Pro-actively offers financial and analytical leadership to the Regional President and companies within the Region.
  • Analyzes data and designs reports that summarize & forecast critical trends
  • Responsible to ensure proactive financial processes that achieve accurate, quality decisions and business results across the Region.
  • Directs preparation and review of budgets, bill of materials, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification
  • Holds periodic business reviews with relevant companies via partnering with Controllers, Company President and GMs and other relevant staff
  • Directs internal controls, processes and procedures working closely with the Company VP of Finance and Controllers
  • In partnership with the Corporate Development Team, key contributor to acquisition strategy through assessment of target company’s financial data to identify risks, potential synergies and trends
  • Evaluates, recommends & participates in introduction of new programs/strategies/practices to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manages the Region’s Business Intelligence Team’s efforts to ensure timely and effective reporting and adoption within the regions




  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Business
  • 8+ years of experience in general accounting/finance and analytics areas
  • Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience supporting manufacturing business environment and in cost accounting
  • Travel Required: up to 50%
  • CPA preferred
