Permacon is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products.  Permacon is a division of Oldcastle® Architectural and operates 11 plants in Ontario and Quebec. 


We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our retail business based out of our office in Woodstock.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will ensure customer satisfaction with proper development, implementation and execution of sales policies and procedures.


More specifically, he/she will:

  • Maintain and manage EDI accounts.
  • Handle logistics and transportation.
  • Manage customer contracts.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and on-time and effective delivery.
  • Maintain price and customer lists.
  • Manage available inventory against customer orders and allocate stock where necessary.

Requested Skills & Qualifications

  • Three to five years of relevant customer service and/or retail experience. 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent customer service instincts.
  • Proficient in use of ERP systems and technology. 
  • Team player / Leader.
  • Ability to cope with stress.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
