Permacon is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products.  Permacon is a division of Oldcastle® Architectural and operates 11 plants in Ontario and Quebec. 

 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be mainly responsible for delivering superior customer service by ensuring order and invoice accuracy and on-time product delivery.

 

More specifically, he/she will

  • Recieve and process orders from customers
  • Provide information on our products at the desk or over the phone
  • Manage customers’ contracts
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and on-time and effective delivery
  • Maintain price and customer lists
  • Manage the inventory


Requested Skills & Qualifications

  • Two to five years of relevant customer service and/or dispatch experience. 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent customer service instincts.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills. 
  • Team player / Leader.
  • Ability to cope with stress.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
