We are currently looking for exceptional individual to join our team as Microsoft Office Specialist.

The Microsoft Office Specialist is responsible for streamlining documents via Sharepoint, O365, and internal processes and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ability to review current workflows and provide efficient solutions leveraging the potential of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Streamline the workflows for gathering and reporting data, with SharePoint and Microsoft Apps
  • Develop mobile Apps to gather data.
  • Develop dashboards for tracking and reporting information gathered in SharePoint
  • Develop workflows within Microsoft Flow for business processes
  • Create a database within the Microsoft Office suite which can be accessed by mobile devices.
  • Provide clear, professional written and verbal communications to internal stakeholders;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills involving troubleshooting basic to moderate issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of database structures including fields, tables, views, database objects, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Certified for SharePoint
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of database structures including fields, tables, views, database objects, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Mid-level Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Experience with Macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Experience developing forms for data entry, designing pages and configuring web parts.
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Deadline-driven with prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team;
  • Inquisitive, learning mind set, and comfortable asking questions;
  • Self-motivated and flexible;
  • Ability to identify and communicate trends through data and data-driven visuals.
  • Attention-to-detail
