Primary Function


Primary point of contact responsible for creating and managing non-exempt job postings and related Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration for the various Oldcastle product groups.  


Key Responsibilities


  • Communicate with Hiring Managers and HR to determine candidate and job posting requirements for non-exempt positions
  • Post jobs to appropriate websites and agencies in an effort to provide the best candidate flow while maintaining compliance with federal requirements
  • Proactively research and creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flow
  • Manage job postings in ATS to ensure Oldcastle best practice
  • Ensure all jobs posted to internal/external websites are appropriate, consistent and compliant
  • Research posting best practice and assist in developing compelling job descriptions
  • Update / maintain process documentation as necessary
  • Manage database and the review / modification of job descriptions
  • Understand the ATS  to answer questions and provide guidance / training to the product group hiring managers as needed
  • Manage the candidate flow between our ATS and management
  • Close job when filled and manage dispositioning of candidates for OFCCP compliance
  • Perform monthly audit of job postings to ensure accuracy
  • Keep informed of government rules and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, etc.)
  • Participate in staffing project teams and provide project management support as needed
  • Participate in monthly Hiring Manager staffing calls and weekly Recruiter staffing meetings
  • Handle billing for certain vendors
  • Cross-train and back-up co-workers on an as needed basis
  • Handle the administrative aspects for arranging career fairs and other events
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • BS Degree in Business, HR or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in recruitment or recruitment support is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience sourcing candidates via multiple methods including Internet is preferred
  • Experience posting to job boards and utilizing an ATS is preferred
