Position Summary

Prepares schedules, analyzes blueprints/ drawings, coordinates delivery activity, verifies loads to ensure customer’s requirements are met, and assists in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies. Duties include but are not limited to: approves and manages all outside haulers, prepares delivery schedules, coordinates with loading crew for the next day deliveries, verifies product inventory levels and performs all tasks necessary to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies. 


Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Required Skills


  • 3 years of experience in the field or related area/will train
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, drawings and other documentation
  • Must be an organized, self-starter, with a detail oriented personality
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Able to negotiate with vendors concerning product prices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a supervisory level
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
  • Good attendance and positive attitude a must
  • General knowledge of construction business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to coordinate cross-functional teams

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally required to sit. At other times during the day employee is required to stand and go in and out of the building during all types of weather. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, bend.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
