Job Description Summary
The selected candidate will be required to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers.

   Coordinate schedules, make appointments, arrange and coordinate contracts, maintain communication throughout the different cross functional departments.

  • Arrange meetings, including all logistics (catering, agendas, and facilities);
  • Assist with scheduling of training 
  • Keep the General Manager informed and follow-up on all assignments in a timely, effective and pro-active manner.
  • Manage requests in a timely and customer focused manner.
  • Responsible for assisting the management team with programs, projects, and/or processes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Support other members of the management as needed.
  • Provide day-day office management support.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

 
Work Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

  •   Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  •   Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.
  •   Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
  •   Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.
  •   Report to work at the designated start time.
  •   Be able to work overtime when required.
  •   Climbing, stretching, driving/steering, sitting, twisting, vibration, riding on rough terrain.  Use of hand tools such as     wrenches and screwdrivers.
  •   Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  •   Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
  •   Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.
  •   Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.

 

Education/Experience

  • Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
