Summary

 

Customer Service Representative with ability to effectively communicate, plan, and execute estimates and orders in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Provide coordination, correspondence, and assistance to customers and co-workers
  • Establish and maintain customer confidence and positive relations
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of fax and email documents
  • Communicate and resolve customer complaints
  • Possess willingness to learn and ability to retain product types and details
  • Coordinate with customers concerning delivery schedules and order requirements, as well as co-workers for material procurement, fabrication, production and delivery of material

 

Requirements

 

  • Must have a good work ethic, be a team player and work well under pressure
  • Must have strong typing skills
  • Must be organized, have ability to prioritize, multi-task, follow instructions and work well with others
  • Must have excellent communication, writing and math skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have regular and predictable attendance
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to safely perform tasks and adhere to all employee policies, safety policies and procedures

 

Physical Requirements

 

  • Must be able to sit for an extended period of time, stand, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Light to moderate lifting
